We operate the website healthcaremai.com (the "Site") and provide AI-powered research and analysis services to private equity funds, investment banks, and healthcare deal teams.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Site, submit information through our forms, subscribe to our newsletter, or otherwise interact with us. Please read this policy carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

- Service interest selections and free-text notes describing your needs (via our intake form)
- Name and email address (via our PDF download form)

Cloudflare CDN. We load the GSAP animation library from Cloudflare's content delivery network. Cloudflare may process request metadata for security and performance purposes.
We do not currently use cookies from payment processors, scheduling tools, or social media platforms. If this changes, we will update this policy.
Managing Cookies. Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You may block or delete cookies, though doing so may affect your experience on the Site.
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Beehiiv (Newsletter Platform): If you opt in to our newsletter, your email address and name will be shared with Beehiiv, our newsletter hosting platform at news.healthcaremai.com, for the sole purpose of delivering newsletter content.
- Google Analytics: Anonymized and aggregated usage data is shared with Google for analytics purposes, as described in Section 4.
- CRM and Business Tools: Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management system and trigger email notifications to our team.
- Aggregate and Anonymized Data: We may share aggregate or anonymized subscriber data - which does not identify you personally - with newsletter sponsors or business partners. We will not share your individual personal information with sponsors without your explicit consent.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you of any such change by updating this policy.

Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals, as there is no uniform industry standard for DNT compliance.

Categories of personal information we have collected in the preceding 12 months include: identifiers (name, email address), professional information (company name, title), and internet activity information (via Google Analytics). We collect this information for the business purposes described in Section 3.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including our newsletter platform at news.healthcaremai.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external sites you visit.
